I was very anxious before my treatments but everyone was lovely and made me feel at ease.
The hospital was spotlessly clean and the food superb with a lovely wide choice all prepared on site.
Although I was an NHS patient i was not made to feel inferior.

Very good hospital very clean staff well trained you feel that you are in good hands the surgeons were very competent and knowledgeable friendly and made me feel at easy. I recommend this hospital fully.

The hospital doesn't have that typical hospital feel. It looks welcoming from the car park and just makes you feel even more welcome as you go through the entrance. I was a little nervous at my first appointment as I am an NHS patient & wasn't sure if I would be treated any different to a private patient....but that is totally not the case at KIMS! I was treated with respect and kindness.
The facilities available are brilliant. On one occasion, Mr Habeeb was running a little late, due to traffic. (Another lovely touch that KIMS give, keeping patients up to date with any delays) But with access to refreshments, TV & ample choice of newspapers it really doesn't matter too much. The toilets are impeccably clean, bright & spacious. ALL areas of the hospital are spotlessly clean yet not looking clinical, even though it obviously is!)
If I ever need hospital care, I the future, I wish that I'd be able to choose KIMS for all my future needs.
Thankyou to EVERYONE at KIMS for their kind attitude and efficiency.

I felt that the hospital was well run, all staff were friendly and courteous. The hospital was very clean and I was well looked after.
